Hardwall Modular Cleanrooms Envelope Frame:

• Hardwall can be self-supporting • 4 foot wide panels with stud posts • Anchored to the floor, can be built up to 20’ high • Double skinned with a R12 insulation factor • Wall panels are 3” thick • Multiple finish options including FRP, powder coated aluminum, steel, vinyl, or HDPE

Air Handling: • Recirculation based air handling system, not total loss • Plenum design with corrugated roof deck on top of the cleanroom with a drop ceiling grid • Separate air handling system supplies conditioned air to the plenum

Flooring: • Epoxy floor can be coved up the wall or fitted to the base track • Vinyl flooring can also be used and can also be coved
