Hardwall cleanrooms provide the highest level of contamination and pressure control while also providing the ability to control temperature and humidity tightly and accurately. Our Hardwall cleanrooms can achieve air cleanliness of ISO 3 - ISO 8 and maintaining temperature at +/- 1° F and humidity to +/- 5%. These cleanrooms are primarily built as freestanding structures and are capable of supporting HVAC or other utility or process equipment as well as office or storage space on the roof of the room through the structurally rated post and panel construction. Existing building walls or structure can be adapted to be utilized in the construction of our Hardwall cleanrooms subject to a site survey. Hardwall cleanrooms provide an elegant means of incorporating all utilities and services including electrical, data, security systems, process gas, plumbing, flooring, and fire protection.

Securable, free-standing, expandable, contractable and customizable • Common Industries: Medical device, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, consumables and pharmasudicals • Positive or negative operational pressurization • Can accommodate ceiling heights of up to 20’ • Ceiling grid options include: 1-1/2” gasketed grid, 2” gasketed grid, or panelized ceiling • Significant structural capabilities on the roof of the room, providing a support capacity of up to 125 PSF • Door options include: single man door, double man door, overhead roll-up, and sliding doors • Windows can be added every 4’ • Removable panel sections can be added for large equipment movement • Wiring raceways for outlets and data ports, where available, every 4’ • Pass thru windows are available • Material or personnel airlocks can be added • Lead times of 8-12 weeks
