Things to note: • Temperature uniformity is defined as the temperature change of each of twelve type T-24 Ga. Thermocouples located on a horizontal plane 40” from the floor, 12” from the walls, as measured over a 24 hour period. • Temperature variation is defined as the temperature variation of the single product sensing element measured over a 24-hour period. • Uniformity and variation information is based on ambient conditions of 23˚C and 50% RH and they will vary more if the ambient conditions change on freezers during defrost periods and if there is interference to the airflow caused by product or other changes. System Specifications • Single assembly pre-charged condencing unit and evaporator coil • The flush evaporator coil keeps all components outside the walk-in storage area • There are models available for interior compartment design temperatures of 4°C and -20°C • No plumbing required on indoor units • Evaporator section is designed to be located entirely outside the walk-in with no intrusions into the refrigerated space • Forced air from the condenser fan to evaporate condensate • All systems are UL and C-UL listed • CARB ( California Air Resources Board) compliant

Controlled Environment Room Accessories Performance Monitoring Systems

Control Systems Control systems are fully programmable for the most precise air and product temperature and humidity regulation. Users can program settings for both extreme heat and cold simulations. And humidity controls replicate different moisture levels, from low humidity to highly humid conditions. Our electronic controller, used with low ambient refrigerated applications, offers more precise and reliable controls than an all-mechanical system for increased product safety. With advanced features such as patented reverse cycle defrost, our controller saves up to 27% more energy than an all-mechanical system. Custom-designed control panels are available for unique applications. Systems can also integrate into existing building systems for more straightforward operation. Control Interfaces Fisherbrand user-friendly interfaces and control panels enable operators to set and monitor specific test conditions accurately. The control system interface allows monitoring in °C or °F, temperature adjustment, temperature documentation on chart recorders, and audible and visual alarms. The advanced control provides a +/- 0.5°C and +/- 5.0% accuracy. Settings are accessed through an easy-to-use tablet interface on the front of the control panel. Operators may monitor and adjust refrigeration settings on site or remove the tablet and take it with them for remote access.
