Seamless Cleanroom Solutions Fisherbrand Seamless cleanroom solutions are tailor made for the cGMP and pharmaceutical industries. These spaces often feature walkable ceilings eliminating ledges often found inside cleanrooms with grid ceilings. Coving at the floor at corners, and from walls to ceilings provides an environment free of 90° corners making cleaning a breeze. Comprised of an aluminum honeycomb core and finished with a uPVC skin, our seamless wall systems provide strength and support while also being able to stand up to very harsh and frequent cleaning chemicals and protocols. Panel joints are chemically welded eliminating any crevices for contaminant to settle or gaps for air leakage. All Fisherbrand Seamless cleanroom solutions are FM approved. These panels also undergo rigorous quality testing to ensure proper adhesion of the panel skin to the panel core providing peace of mind both at installation and during operation.
