Modular Cleanrooms

Simple & Efficient Build When you commission a modular cleanroom, the entire room is manufactured to your direct specifications, off-site. It’s then shipped to the project site, where our installation professionals assemble it in a minimal time frame with minimal waste. There’s no need to find a building site, do any excavating, or construct walls. Every component of your cleanroom is pre-engineered and pre-fabricated. Build Most Anywhere, In Most Any Facility One benefit that many modular cleanroom owners love, is that a modular cleanroom can be built most anywhere — even in an existing facility. There’s no need to rent space or break new ground. You can have a cleanroom designed and built in the middle of a large open production floor or tucked back in your warehouse office space. Modify Or Expand At Your Convenience Since modular cleanrooms are made from pre-fabricated panels, they’re easy to modify. We can make a cleanroom bigger, smaller, or take it down when your project is over and put it in storage until you need it again. Modular cleanroom components are lightweight and easy to move around, allowing reconfiguration of your cleanroom space for new applications or changes in production.

Softwall Modular Cleanrooms: • Features: Versatile, economical, portable, expandable, easy to assemble/disassemble • Industries: Semiconductor, medical device industries, aerospace, automotive and microelectronics • Structural frame is self-supporting and completely free-standing • The softwall frame is powder coated, extruded aluminum with a 2’x4’ extruded aluminum structural ceiling grid • Curtains are heavy duty clear 40mil vinyl and can be provided as either standard or ESD approved • 8” wide strip curtains are offered for doorway or material entries and are provided as 80 mil vinyl with strips alternating frosted and clear. • Casters are available for easy mobility • Pre-wired control panel available for single point electrical connection to all components • Ceiling tiles are vinyl coated gypsum and sit in the gasketed ceiling grid providing the seal at the ceiling for the cleanroom • Lead times of 6-8 weeks for standard configurations

Rigidwall Modular Cleanrooms: • Features: Full visibility floor to ceiling, securable, expandable, easy to assemble/disassemble, optional temperature and humidity control • Positive or negative pressurization • Common Industries: Medical device, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor and consumables • Structural frame is self-supporting and completely free standing • The rigidwall frame is powder coated, extruded aluminum with a 2’x4’ extruded aluminum structural ceiling grid • Standard Rigidwall wall panels are .25” clear acrylic • Panel options include: Standard Acrylic, Static Dissipative PVC, Polycarbonate, and Tempered Glass • Acrylic Panels can be provided in opaque • Standard doors are 3’x7’ with clear acrylic panels • Double doors are available • Pass thru windows are available • Outlets can be installed either in the support posts or can be surface mounted • Pre-wired control panel is available for single point electrical connect to all components • Ceiling tiles are vinyl coated gypsum and sit in the gasketed ceiling grid providing the seal at the ceiling for the cleanroom • Material or personnel airlocks can be added • Lead times of 6-8 weeks for standard configurations
